At Lids, your role as Assistant Store Manager includes managing store personnel, maintaining daily operations, and executing sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff performance and ensure effective training
• Address customer concerns and enhance store service
• Oversee compliance with company operational directives
• Conduct daily store audits to maintain technology and equipment
• Prepare for and aid in inventory audits as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in a retail management role preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
