As the Meat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Meat Department, including production, merchandising, and fostering a positive team culture. This role requires at least three years of supervisory experience and a strong foundation in retail meat operations. You will actively engage your team towards achieving set sales and budget goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Meat Department’s daily operations with efficiency

• Ensure adherence to food safety and workplace standards

• Mentor and train team members for success

• Maintain high standards of guest service and department presentation

• Work with leadership on continuous operational improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience

• Retail Meat Cutting Certificate preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and adapt to various work conditions

• Focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork
