In the Store Lead position, you will assist the Store Leadership Team in daily operations, cash-wrap functions, and store adherence. Your effective communication will foster an engaging environment, enabling associates to provide stellar customer service and drive brand loyalty. You will represent the brand professionally while contributing positively to store culture and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support training and feedback for associates

• Address performance concerns with the Store Manager

• Encourage a high-performing, team-focused environment

• Ensure store cleanliness and operational efficiency

• Participate in the Leader on Duty program for stellar shopping experiences

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of previous retail experience

• Minimum age of 18 required

• Strong organization and planning skills

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
