As a key member of the Aerie team, your enthusiasm for our products will shine through as you educate and engage guests. This position offers the chance to build brand loyalty and utilize the AEO Selling Model while flexibly supporting various areas of the store, from Sales floor to Cash & Wrap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with guests using AEO Selling Model

• Share knowledge about Aerie and AE products

• Promote the AEO loyalty program to customers

• Flexibly assist in multiple store tasks

• Resolve any guest concerns aligned with company policies

Requirements:

• Energetic and people-oriented

• Experience in retail is beneficial

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• At least 16 years of age

• Capable of handling fast-paced tasks
