As a part time Shift Leader, you will be integral to maintaining store performance while providing outstanding service to customers r role includes managing the store during management absence and leading a motivated team. With previous retail experience, you’ll inspire others while ensuring the store's upkeep and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to reach performance targets

• Provide mentorship and coaching to store team members

• Manage store operations in the absence of management

• Supervise inventory, pricing, and seasonal changes

• Ensure overall store cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• 6+ months of retail experience

• Minimum 6 months as a mentor or coach

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work on-location at Marks
