In this role, you will work closely with the Remodel Lead and Manager to set the standard for newly renovated areas. Your duties will include securing high-ticket merchandise, stocking various departments, and ensuring cold chain compliance. Be hands-on in building counters and proactively engaging with customers to assist them during remodels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Properly secure high-ticket items in their locations

• Print mod sheets and clean counters

• Stock shelves across many product types

• Comply with guidelines to ensure cold chain safety

• Scan damaged merchandise to prevent shrink

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older

• Excellent customer interaction skills

• Ability to manage tasks in active construction areas

• Keen eye for detail in merchandising

• Capability to follow product merchandising standards
