Position: Walmart Day Remodel Associate Role
Location: Taber

Support Walmart's renovation projects with a Day Remodel Associate position in Taber, Alberta. Collaborate with the remodel team and deliver excellent customer service throughout construction.

This role focuses on assisting the Remodel Lead and Day Remodel Manager in setting up newly renovated departments. Key responsibilities include stocking various product departments, securing high-ticket merchandise, and ensuring compliance with cold chain guidelines. You will be instrumental in creating a positive shopping experience during remodels by actively assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-ticket items are secured in designated areas

• Set up modular displays and link to DSM labels

• Stock departments including Grocery, Fashion, and more

• Monitor cold chain compliance for quality assurance

• Assist in shrink prevention through timely scanning

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Ability to move counters and work in construction areas

• Willingness to wear safety gear when required

• Strong customer service focus during remodels

• Basic understanding of merchandising standards
