Your role as a Sales Associate will involve providing exemplary customer service, understanding customer needs, and maintaining product knowledge. This position requires you to engage customers effectively while ensuring the store is adequately stocked and ready to meet their demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service during store visits

• Educate customers about products to drive sales

• Handle transactions accurately using POS system

• Assist with merchandising and store cleaning

• Participate in inventory management and stock organization

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Pro Serve/Serving It Right Certification needed

• Effective verbal communication skills

• Must be willing to work flexible hours
