You'll utilize the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, share your passion for AE & Aerie products, and help build lasting brand loyalty. Your positive attitude and dedication will shine as you assist guests and collaborate with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the AEO Selling Model to assist guests

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations

• Promote the AEO loyalty program to guests

• Easily move between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Proactively address guest concerns in line with policies

Requirements:

• 16 years of age or older

• Retail experience is a plus

• Ability to handle a busy retail environment

• Flexible with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
