Position: Full-Time Canna Cabana Shift Leader

Canna Cabana seeks knowledgeable individuals to take on the Shift Leader role. You will be responsible for managing daily store operations while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels. A strong sales orientation and the ability to motivate staff are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee store operations and lead by example

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

• Achieve operational and sales targets on shift

• Guide and train store associates on best practices

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid Sell Safe Certification is essential

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail, preferably cannabis

• High school diploma and relevant training

• Excellent team leadership and communication skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
