Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and enthusiastic customer service. Assist customers in making purchases of sewing machines, quilting fabrics, and supplies.
• Provide after-sale support, including guiding customers in understanding and using their new purchases effectively.
• Support the maintenance of the store and create visually appealing displays.
• Collaborate with staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Responsible for cash handling and performing opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in keeping the store clean and tidy.
