At Mark’s, we are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual for the Part Time Shift Leader role. This position involves delivering outstanding customer experiences while drawing upon your retail and leadership skills to inspire the team. You will manage daily store operations in the absence of management and ensure cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences every shift

• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members

• Manage store operations when management is away

• Ensure store cleanliness, restocking, and inventory management

• Maintain pricing, signage, and seasonal changeovers

Requirements:

• 6+ months of retail experience required

• Minimum 6 months in a mentorship role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
