Sales Lead, Retail, Retail Sales

Lead POP MART’s Lone Tree, Colorado sales floor with strong coaching and customer experience skills. Support daily retail operations and brand storytelling.

As Retail Sales Lead, you will guide associates, drive store performance, and represent POP MART’s artists, characters, and collectibles. You will serve as Leader on Duty when store management is unavailable. The position reports to the Store Manager and requires retail leadership, communication, organization, and point-of-sale proficiency.

• Lead customer-first service and inspire sales associates
• Serve as Leader on Duty during management absences
• Coach associates toward individual and store performance goals
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and POS activities
• Execute merchandising, replenishment, and inventory procedures

• At least one year of retail experience
• Previous leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale proficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
