About Forma Steel
Forma Steel specializes in manufacturing high-quality steel roofing, siding, trim, and custom panels in a wide range of gauges, colors, and finishes.
We are currently looking to hire the following position in our Lethbridge Forma Steel Facility.
Role:Account Manager
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Working collaboratively with the internal and external sales team, this position will be responsible for developing customer relationships and driving key sales metrics with both new and existing customers.
This position will leverage creative and innovative customer account sales techniques to grow customer accounts, offer value-added components, and realize opportunities for product conversion.
Employees will be given full internal training as well as the opportunity to grow their skill set by taking an employer-paid professional sales and account management training program.

- Cultivate strong product knowledge and understand the end use of Forma Steel products.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver on client goals and expectations.
- Utilize sales techniques to grow customer accounts, offer value-added components, and realize opportunities for product conversion.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and project management tools (Hub Spot experience would be considered an asset).
- Participate in internal and external sales training and development programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build/maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide creative ideas utilizing data.
- An attitude of learning, eagerness to develop personally and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing customer demands.
- Previously managed a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to handle multiple client projects/accounts and requests simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work as a team and be collaborative in providing business solutions.
- Prior sales or account management experience is preferred.
