Equipment Finance Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will grow equipment loans and leases across your territory. You will build relationships with clients and referral partners in equipment-driven industries. The Equipment Financing team provides tailored leasing and financing solutions for Canadian businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Create strategies to grow equipment loans and leases
Maintain client and referral partner relationships
Review statements and recommend credit for complex transactions
Manage leasing applications, documentation, and approvals
Coordinate solutions with internal teams and risk standards
Requirements:
University certificate and five years’ financial services sales experience
Or bachelor’s degree with financing or business development experience
Equipment financing, leasing, or credit-based sales experience
Financial statement analysis and credit structuring ability
Business systems and financial tools proficiency
