Build professional customer relationships through product knowledge and solution-focused selling as a Pro Account Sales Associate at The Home Depot.
Pro Account Sales Associates serve industrial, commercial, and professional customers. You will understand products across store departments, anticipate customer needs, and provide outstanding service. The role includes sales-floor responsibilities, account development, quoting, order processing, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect new business among customers shopping in the store
- Develop one-on-one relationships with Pro customers
- Clarify needs and recommend complete project solutions
- Create accurate quotes and process customer orders
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and future business
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of receiving experience
- Thorough knowledge of products across all departments
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
- Ability to lift and move heavy, bulky items
