Equipment Finance Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will grow equipment loans and leases across your territory. You will build relationships with clients and referral partners in equipment-driven industries. The Equipment Financing team provides tailored leasing and financing solutions for Canadian businesses.

• Create strategies to grow equipment loans and leases
• Maintain client and referral partner relationships
• Review statements and recommend credit for complex transactions
• Manage leasing applications, documentation, and approvals
• Coordinate solutions with internal teams and risk standards

• University certificate and five years’ financial services sales experience
• Or bachelor’s degree with financing or business development experience
• Equipment financing, leasing, or credit-based sales experience
• Financial statement analysis and credit structuring ability
• Business systems and financial tools proficiency
