Pro Account Sales Associates serve industrial, commercial, and professional customers while supporting sales on the store floor. The position requires knowledge across departments, strong customer service, and accurate order processing. Associates prospect for business, develop accounts, and help customers complete projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Build relationships with professional customers and anticipate their needs
- Prospect store shoppers for new business on the sales floor
- Provide product knowledge across all store departments
- Create quotes and process orders accurately and quickly
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and pursue future business
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year receiving experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully
- Ability to lift and move heavy, bulky items
- Ability to climb ladders up to 16 feet
