Network Security Consultant

We’re supporting a customer who is building a new cloud environment in Microsoft Azure and is looking for an experienced Azure Network Security Consultant to help design, secure, and optimize their cloud networking foundation.

If you enjoy architecting secure cloud environments, working within Hub‑and‑Spoke designs, and partnering with enterprise teams to develop scalable solutions, this is a great opportunity to step into a high‑impact project.

In this role, you will contribute to broad cloud networking and security initiatives, including:

• Support the setup of Azure networking components
• Help establish secure connectivity between on‑premises and Azure environments
• Assist with routing, segmentation, and hybrid communication patterns

• Contribute to the design and configuration of Azure Firewall, third‑party firewalls, and NSG/ASG policies
• Help define and implement WAF protections and DDoS strategies
• Support encryption, identity security, and cloud threat protection practices

• Participate in configuring Azure Load Balancers, Application Gateway, Front Door, and Traffic Manager
• Assist with Private DNS, Private Link, and other secure routing services

• Help configure and optimize Azure Network Watcher and other monitoring tools
• Support ongoing oversight of network performance, security posture, and compliance

• Hands‑on experience with Azure networking and Azure security services
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud connectivity, firewalls, segmentation, and routing
• Experience collaborating with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams
• Ability to provide both guidance and hands‑on implementation support

$50/hr to $70/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
