Paladin is hiring Security Guards to serve in various healthcare environments across Lethbridge. Flexibility with night and day shifts is essential, along with a strong commitment to client service and safety. As a guard, you’ll patrol, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality customer service and assistance
• Conduct effective patrols to maintain safety standards
• Respond swiftly to alarms and emergency situations
• Manage crisis situations and liaise with first responders
• Keep detailed incident and operational reports
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Alberta security license
• Strong observational and communication skills
• High School Diploma/GED required
• First Aid and CPR – Level C Certification needed
• Physically capable of walking long distances and using stairs
