AFIMAC is hiring Security Guards throughout Alberta for a contract role that demands flexibility and skill. Earn $20.00 hourly while contributing to risk management operations.
The AFIMAC Security Guard role involves temporary contracts requiring licensed individuals for various assignments, including organized protests and disaster responses. Candidates should be flexible for travel and capable of working extensive hours weekly. This position is integral to ensuring safety and security in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety during various types of assignments
• Handle confrontational scenarios and de-escalate situations
• Prepare thorough reports on incidents and operational status
• Participate in organized protests and labor disruptions
• Travel extensively for project-based work throughout Alberta
Requirements:
• Valid security guard license in Alberta
• Availability for 12-hour shifts including holidays and weekends
• Strong report writing and incident management skills
• Proven ability to navigate confrontations independently
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada and be a resident
