Paladin is hiring security guards to cover various sites in the Lethbridge area. Ideal candidates will have strong observation skills and be able to handle both day and overnight shifts.
Your role will involve maintaining safety, conducting patrols, and providing first aid when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to clients and patrons
• Conduct proactive safety patrols and monitor for breaches
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
• Manage crowd control and address trespassing issues
• Write detailed daily and incident reports
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta security license needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong observational capabilities
• Ability to make quick decisions calmly in emergencies
• Capacity to walk long distances and navigate stairs
