Paladin is seeking reliable Security Guards to patrol various sites throughout Lethbridge and surrounding areas. This role is essential for ensuring safety and effectiveness in managing incidents. Applicants must possess a valid Alberta security license and be able to handle physical demands during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive patrols for safety assurance

• Respond and investigate security alarms promptly

• De-escalate crisis situations effectively

• Write detailed reports on incidents and activities

• Provide first aid and medical response when necessary

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta security license required

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Ability to walk extensive distances and handle stairs

• First Aid and CPR - Level C certification needed

• Authorized to work legally in Canada
