Paladin Security is seeking confident and friendly Security Professionals for various healthcare environments. This full-time role offers a 4 on, 4 off rotation and focuses on maintaining patient and visitor safety across hospitals and clinics. You will receive guaranteed base pay during on-call hours, with mileage compensation for travel beyond 50 km from your base location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide access control within the facility and restricted areas

• Monitor incidents using surveillance and respond accordingly

• Conduct thorough patrols to identify security risks

• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency calls

• Investigate and report any irregularities observed

Requirements:

• First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification

• Valid Alberta Security License

• Strong communication and de-escalation skills

• Reliability and willingness to work varied shifts

• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
