As a key part of Securitas, the Security Site Supervisor will oversee daily security operations and support guard teams. Applicants should have strong leadership skills and substantial experience to address operational concerns. This role includes conducting training and ensuring adherence to site-specific protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise security guards during daily site operations
• Provide training on procedures and expectations
• Maintain clear communication with staff and management
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and licensing
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members
Requirements:
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 2-5+ years of security experience preferred
• Valid Security Guard License
• Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency
• Must pass Controlled Goods Clearance
