The position involves collaboration with various hospital departments, ensuring proper payment verification and problem resolution when necessary. Your efforts will help balance progressive growth while addressing financial accuracy with insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate all managed care contracts

• Ensure profitable and growth-oriented negotiations

• Coordinate with various hospital departments

• Verify and resolve payment discrepancies

• Elevate issues to payers as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of managed care negotiation experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Preferred hospital billing experience

• Knowledge of the payer market in southern California

• Excel and analytical skills preferred
