Refrigeration Service Manager

Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with Cam Air Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in their search for a Refrigeration Service Manager to join their team. Successful candidates will be experienced in refrigeration servicing and repair. If you have strong leadership skills and can troubleshoot on the fly – we want to hear from you!

Your Impact:

• Oversee commercial refrigeration projects from start to finish
• Service, installation, and repair of refrigeration units
• Lead a team of estimators and installers, providing support to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure project requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Maintain a high focus on customer service and quality of work

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial refrigeration technician/mechanic role
• Strong people skills – including interpersonal communication
• Knowledge and experience in providing estimates and take-offs
• Leadership aptitude – ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and coordinating tasks
• Must be able to pass a criminal record check

Bonus Points:

• Valid JM refrigeration technician or refrigeration mechanic certification
