Community Support Worker

Position: Reliable Community Support Worker Needed
Location: Taber

Become a vital support for adults in Taber and surrounding areas as a Community Support Worker with Revolve Staffing. Deliver tailored support that enhances community participation and fosters social connections.

This role includes working in various community settings, assisting with mobility, and documenting participant activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong, person-centred approach, ensuring safety and dignity for all individuals. Collaboration with program coordinators and families is key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist participants in engaging with community activities

• Provide social support and companionship during outings

• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs)

• Monitor and document participant engagement and outcomes

• Communicate any changes in participant status promptly

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent experience in community support

• Minimum of one year working with adults in care settings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid Criminal Record Check and driver’s license preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
