This role, reporting to the Management of Wood’s Homes, encompasses 24/7 coverage and focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services. You will play a vital role in implementing therapeutic strategies, attending meetings, and maintaining a safe, supportive living space for clients. Your experience with youth and families will be invaluable in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement structured settings for personal and social development
• Attend supervisory and team meetings regularly
• Manage therapeutic responsibilities for clients and families
• Ensure program compliance with licensing requirements
• Prepare meals and provide cleaning and transportation support
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Sciences or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and transportation
• Preferred experience working with young people
