You will work closely with a professional team using the Teaching Family Model. Your responsibilities include aiding with daily routines, fostering skill development, and managing crisis situations while ensuring safety. This position requires a compassionate individual with a strong commitment to cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist children with daily activities and appointments

• Implement skills development and crisis management

• Support family connections and community integration

• Facilitate emotional and physical well-being strategies

• Transport youth safely to their appointments

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in a related field preferred

• Experience with vulnerable children and families

• Valid Alberta Driver’s License and insurance

• Police and intervention checks required

• Ability to manage crisis therapeutically
