This casual role is open only to Lethbridge Polytechnic students and spans from July 27, 2026, to July 1, 2027. You'll engage in comprehensive literature reviews, analyze Canadian policies, and help recruit participants. The role emphasizes research credibility and effective communication while addressing critical public safety issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scans of mental health crisis response practices
• Analyze relevant laws and policies in Canada
• Identify and map diverse crisis response frameworks
• Assist in participant recruitment reflecting diverse perspectives
• Collaborate on findings for presentations and reports
Requirements:
• Experience in literature reviews for research purposes
• Organized and deadline-driven work style
• Strong communicator in both writing and speech
• High standards of integrity in research practices
• Familiarity with police and mental health services preferred
Utilize your research skills to enhance mental health crisis interventions within the CPSAR at Lethbridge Polytechnic.
