This permanent full-time role involves working with a dedicated team to enrich the lives of children and youth. You will focus on implementing structured activities, fostering development, and ensuring a safe environment. The position includes managing crises, supervising daily routines, and assisting with academics within a supportive group home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities, visits, and appointments

• Implement strategies for skill development and crisis management

• Foster family kinship, academics, and community inclusion

• Enhance mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being

• Complete cooking, cleaning, and household tasks as needed

Requirements:

• First Aid Certificate Level C from an approved agency

• Reliable personal vehicle and Class 5 Driver’s License

• Clean Driver’s Abstract and $2M Liability Auto Insurance

• Recent Police Information Check and Intervention Record Check
