In this position, you will work with a dedicated team to assist children and youth in a Community Group Home. The Relief Staff role requires you to manage daily activities, ensure safety, and respond to requests for shift coverage. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily activities and structured routines

• Manage crisis situations effectively and safely

• Support the acquisition of relevant life skills

• Respond promptly to shift cover requests

• Conduct safety protocols regarding group home animals

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a related field preferred

• Experience with vulnerable children is an asset

• Knowledge of challenging behaviours is essential

• Valid Alberta class 5 driver's license required

• Must complete police information check
