Community Support Worker

Revolve Staffing seeks a compassionate, reliable Community Support Worker for individualized, in-person supports. You will help adults living in their homes build social connections and reduce isolation. Services follow participant goals and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Support community recreation, outings, events, shopping, and volunteering
Provide companionship during community access activities
Assist mobility and safe participation during outings
Follow Individual Support Plans developed by program teams
Document engagement, outcomes, incidents, and participant changes
Requirements:
Related diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience
Minimum one year supporting adults with disabilities or seniors
Strong interpersonal, communication, observation, and reporting skills
Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
Person-centred, culturally sensitive, patient, and professional approach
Bring reliable, respectful support to adults across Lethbridge and surrounding rural communities through individualized community participation.
