Support adults through meaningful community activities in Lethbridge as a Community Support Worker using empathy and strong communication skills.
Revolve Staffing seeks a compassionate, reliable Community Support Worker for individualized, in-person supports. You will help adults living in their homes build social connections and reduce isolation. Services follow participant goals and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Support community recreation, outings, events, shopping, and volunteering
- Provide companionship during community access activities
- Assist mobility and safe participation during outings
- Follow Individual Support Plans developed by program teams
- Document engagement, outcomes, incidents, and participant changes
- Related diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year supporting adults with disabilities or seniors
- Strong interpersonal, communication, observation, and reporting skills
- Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
- Person-centred, culturally sensitive, patient, and professional approach
