Position: Senior Rhapsody Integration Engineer Needed
We seek an experienced Rhapsody Integration Administrator to enhance healthcare integrations. This role supports a wide array of clinical and operational systems in a high-demand 24x7 environment.

As a key member of our integration support team, you'll manage Rhapsody Integration Engine, monitor performance, and resolve technical issues across several types of interfaces. Your experience with Java and HL7 messaging will be vital as you develop integrations and work with various stakeholders. Commitment to effective support and documentation is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot Rhapsody Integration environments

• Monitor system performance and manage alerts

• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents

• Collaborate with vendors and offshore support teams

• Maintain thorough documentation and runbooks for operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in healthcare integration support

• Robust experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine

• Strong Java programming skills

• Familiarity with Service Now/Jira systems

• In-depth knowledge of HL7 v2.x
