About The Role

As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Shuttler to join our Dealer & Wholesale Operations team on a 6-month, full‑time employment basis! You could be a good fit if you are hard working, organized, and driven with a keen attention to detail.

• Moving vehicles as directed by dispatcher.
• Maintaining a neat and orderly grounds and staging lot.
• Pick‑up and delivery of vehicles from storage and other dealerships.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records, including vehicle status, documentation, and system updates, using manual and computerized systems.
• Inspect vehicles to verify condition, documentation accuracy, and readiness for transport or sale.
• Weather‑related lot and vehicle clean up when necessary.
• Work shift:
  
  8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekdays) / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekends).
• Work schedule:
  
  4 weekdays and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), depending on operational needs.

Education: Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience:
  
  1+ years of experience moving and transporting vehicles. Ability to drive manual transmission a plus.
• License:
  Valid G License and clean driving record.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best‑in‑class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Able to work flexible schedules and weekends.

• Existing, 6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

• Wage: $20.00 per hour.
• Pay decisions reflect objective criteria: skills, performance, market benchmarking, responsibilities and working conditions.
