Our  Lethbridge, Alberta  location currently has an opening for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated  Yard Labourer  to join our team to help out during peak season!!!  This is a seasonal position with a scheduled end date of September 30, 2026.

Primary Responsibilities
Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff and customers
Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures, and protocols
Ensure yard areas and equipment are organized and clean, including washing equipment/trailers
Review products entering the yard to ensure they match corresponding BOL’s
Work with shipping team to receive products in a timely manner
Assist customers with trailer hookups
Obey Traffic Safety Act regulations and be aware of surrounding and potential hazards while operating company vehicles/equipment (ie: company trucks, forklifts)
Monitor trailer & equipment placement in the yard
Report all damage and concerns to management
May be required to work Saturdays in rotation
Overtime hours may be required

Skills and Qualifications
Recognize the importance of establishing relationships with customers and providing a great customer experience
Possess knowledge of enclosed trailers and flat decks, including how they operate
Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products up to 55lbs on own
Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products 100lbs+ as team lift
Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment
A positive “can do” attitude and work well with others
Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members
Forklift experience (certification an asset)
Must be 18+ years of age for vehicle insurance purposes, have valid driver's license, clean driver’s abstract and satisfactory criminal record check
