Class 1 Shunter at Frito Lay

Frito Lay is seeking a skilled shunter to support Pepsi Co Foods Canada. In this role, you'll operate a yard truck, manage trailer movements, and perform yard checks. Your contributions ensure smooth operations through effective communication and adherence to safety practices. You will also complete required Quality/Food Safety training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a yard truck to optimize yard organization

• Prioritize trailer moves for warehouse efficiency

• Verify trailer contents through yard checks

• Maintain daily cardboard check sheets

• Interact with drivers and vendors to provide information

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License

• 1-3 years of Tractor/Trailer experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to excel under pressure

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
