Shipping Receiving Specialist

Position: Shipping Receiving Specialist UFA
Join UFA as a Shipping Receiving Specialist and ensure seamless product management in our yard operations. This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and customer service excellence.

As a Shipping Receiving Specialist, you will report to the Yard Manager and supervise all aspects of shipping and receiving operations. Your responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, adhering to UFA’s safety standards, and maintaining effective inventory control. Excellent service to customers and efficient task execution are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct all shipping and receiving tasks accurately

• Maintain inventory through efficient cycle counts

• Safely operate forklift and materials handling equipment

• Load and unload trucks according to protocols

• Uphold UFA’s yard and warehouse safety standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma with relevant experience

• Background in yard and forklift operations required

• Physically fit for lifting 25 kg

• Basic computer proficiency and cash handling skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
