Position: FIKA Delivery Driver Role
Join FIKA Company as a Delivery Driver based in Lethbridge, Alberta, providing timely and professional deliveries to cannabis customers. Your service will be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience.

The Delivery Driver role at FIKA requires a commitment to careful and punctual order delivery. You will be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are satisfied and informed during each interaction. When off shift, you may assist in-store operations, fulfilling diverse team needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport and deliver packages to customers promptly

• Complete deliveries as per training guidelines

• Answer questions and resolve issues from clients

• Abide by transportation laws and company standards

• Utilize delivery apps effectively and maintain professionalism

Requirements:

• Personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage

• Full 'G' or Class 5 Driver’s License

• Clean Driver's Abstract and clear background check

• Tech-savvy with smartphone and data plan

• At least 6 months of delivery/logistics experience
