Take on a Temporary Courier Position with Fed Ex Canada, responsible for efficient package delivery service. Deliver exceptional customer experience while handling shipments with care.
This 12-week seasonal role requires a focus on safety and efficiency while representing Fed Ex. As a courier, you will plan delivery routes, inspect packages, and answer customer queries. You'll also have opportunities to cultivate customer relationships and support the sales team by reporting leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and pick-up packages while ensuring safety
• Inspect shipments and report missorts accurately
• Maintain Fed Ex’s professional image in all interactions
• Operate delivery and tracking systems proficiently
• Assist customers with inquiries about Fed Ex services
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Desired customer service experience (1 year)
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to follow all operational procedures
• Bilingual if applicable in Quebec
