As an Order Selector, you will prioritize safety and adhere to New Cold's Quality standards while picking, packing, and palletizing orders. Utilizing WMS software, you'll ensure inventory accuracy while demonstrating physical stamina in a freezer environment. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in this role to meet customer requirements and company KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wrap pallets according to customer specifications

• Operate a forklift safely for product transportation

• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety protocols

• Lift and handle goods weighing up to 50 pounds

• Complete required documentation with precision

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Forklift experience preferred, must complete training

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
