Sorter

Responsibilities

• Pre-sort, quality control sorting, and sort station maintenance in a state‑of‑the‑art automated materials recovery/recycling plant.
• Sorting and baling of various recyclable materials.
• General housekeeping duties related to the warehouse and yard.
• Daily maintenance of baling, sorting and belt‑line equipment.

• Must be physically fit.
• Valuable hand‑eye coordination.
• Safety conscious.
• Motivated and productive.
• Mechanical aptitude/maintenance experience an asset.
• Will undergo a criminal record check and successfully pass a substance test within a two‑week period of the hiring date.
