Krijg jij energie van het helpen van klanten? Dan is dit iets voor jou.
Als Klantenservice Medewerker voor GAMMA en Karwei ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je helpt hen via telefoon (en later ook e-mail en chat) met vragen over bestellingen, producten, leveringen en retouren.
Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke klant snel, vriendelijk en goed geholpen wordt. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt tussen verschillende vragen en houdt daarbij altijd het overzicht.
Wat krijg je?- €2.648,53 bruto o.b.v 40 uur
- 50% thuiswerken na 4 weken
- Betaalde training van 2 weken
- Reiskostenvergoeding
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden
- Beschikbaar voor 32–40 uur per week
- Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau
- Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
- Rustig en oplossingsgericht
