De Deel en De Hofstee bieden een huiselijke zorgsetting tussen Leusden en Amersfoort voor ouderen met dementie. Je werkt in kleinschalige woongroepen met maximaal tien bewoners en krijgt voldoende tijd voor elke bewoner.
Je leest signalen, levert intensieve ADL-/medicatiezorg waar nodig en organiseert dagritme en belevingsgerichte activiteiten op terrein en rondom de boerderij. Een multidisciplinair team waarborgt continuïteit en kwaliteit.
