Wat is je profiel?

Als coach/counsellor/psycholoog ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor clienten. Je voert inspirerende gesprekken en regelt indien nodig doorverwijzingen naar collega’s. Naast het case management zorg je ervoor dat iedere client de ondersteuning krijgt die hij of zij verdient.

Wie zoeken we?

Heb jij het talent om te coachen en te counselen? Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

• Oplossingsgericht en praktisch is. Je weet hoe je problemen direct aanpakt.

• Zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook teamgericht. Je kunt goed alleen werken, maar je zoekt collega’s op wanneer dat nodig is.

• Flexibel en veelzijdig is. Je kunt je makkelijk aanpassen aan verschillende situaties en doelgroepen.

• Een goed gevoel voor humor is natuurlijk altijd mooi meegenomen!

Wat ga je doen?

• Intake gesprekken voeren met clienten

• Telefonische, online en face to face coachgesprekken voeren

• Samen met collega’s telefoondiensten draaien (9-17)

• Case management

• Binnenkomende vragen op het platform verwerken

• Verwijzingen regelen naar het netwerk

• De chatbox verzorgen

• Ad hoc projecten
