Je adviseert collega's en managers over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en begeleidt complexe verzuimtrajecten. Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kennis van HR-wetgeving vertaal je beleid naar praktische oplossingen. Je werkt samen aan HR-projecten en begeleidt de werving en selectie van personeel.
