Jumbo Supermarkten zoekt een Assistent Teamleider Service om klanten te helpen op het serviceplein in de winkel. Je ziet wat klanten nodig hebben, geeft advies en coacht het team zodat zij altijd goed geholpen worden.
Je werkt mee aan onboarding en zorgt voor een vriendelijke, gastvrije sfeer en heldere communicatie. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het gebruik van de zelfscan en de selfservice-kassa, bewaakt algemene afhandeling en lopende serviceprocessen, en streeft naar een optimale klantbeleving
