Je biedt zorg, signaleert knelpunten en past je begeleiding aan op de behoeften van de cliënten. Dit jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband biedt een salaris tussen de €2.546,- en €3.564,- bij een 36-urige werkweek, evenals mooie secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
